Ambleside Community Christmas Lights

Welcome to the information pages of the Ambleside Community Lights & Fireworks 2023

Here you'll find everything you need to know about our festive lights switch on, Santa Cruises, Lantern Parade and Fireworks. The date for this years event is Sat 18th November.
 

Activities included :

 

    Two Father Christmas Cruises

    Community stalls and live music in the Market Cross shopping area,

    A festive atmosphere around the town

    A family fun zone in the area near the school

    The main Procession with Father Christmas and lantern bearers

I had an amazing time at Ambleside Christmas Lights! The lantern procession was magical, and the Father Christmas Cruises were a hit with my kids. The street entertainment was top-notch, and the charity market was a great way to support local causes. And the fireworks show was absolutely breathtaking!
